Firm Catholic, Domenic Perrottet Has Been Tipped To Take Over The Leadership Of The NSW Government, As John Barilaro Announces His Retirement
Laudetur Iesus Christus.
Domenic Perrottet, a firm Catholic and rumoured member of Opus Dei, has reportedly gained enough factional votes within the NSW Liberal Party to take the vacant Premiership following the shock departure of Gladys Berejiklian.
Meanwhile, Deputy Premier Giovanni (John) Barilaro has announced his retirement from state politics.

These departures come at a time when NSW is set to reopen from longstanding COVID-19 restrictions, and the contentious topic of euthanasia is set to be debated imminently.
Sources have suggested that Perrottet has signed a deal with the (figurative) devil to allow him to become Premier, saying that he will allow a free vote on euthanasia in New South Wales.
Mr Perrottet, a father of six, has also spent the past days being lambasted by secular media outlets such as the Sydney Morning Herald (SMH) and the publicly funded Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) for his Catholic faith and his conservative social views, including voting against abortion.
